Chrome download mp4 instead of playing

Up until recently when I would go to a site in Chrome and click on a link to an mp4 file it would download it. Now it plays it automatically. I have searched all over the place and can't find where the setting it to change this. Does anyone know? As an FYI Windows 10 and Chrome 64bit. Thanks.
